主要针对车险已经到期的车主，提供下一年车险续期服务，我们有固定客源，客户也是有需求的，车主只要投保在我们公司，我们就可以得到对应的业绩提成，工作难度低，员工足不出户不需要与客户见面、不需要外出拓展业务，室内办公工作环境舒适。资源是公司这边提供给我们，我们只需要以电话的方式跟客户联系沟通就可以了
一、岗位内容：
- 负责车险相关业务的销售、咨询和客户服务工作；
- 根据客户需求，定制最适合其需求的车险方案，协助办理下一年的车险；
二、岗位要求：
1、专业不限，年龄20-40岁；
2、普通话标准，会基本电脑操作；没有经验没关系，前期有带薪培训！
3、有一定的沟通技巧和抗压能力；
三、1.基本工资（2700-8300）+业绩提奖（车险：3.4%，意外险：15%-30%）+职级津贴（400-6800）+年终奖（10%）+销售激励+其他福利等，收入上不封顶，多劳多得，平均工资8000+，38%员工月薪过万。
- 员工福利：公司每月组织团建活动，聚餐、旅游、露营、运动会及电竞比赛等等。
四、上班时间8:40-12:00, 13:40-19:00，月休5天，国家法定节假日，每年带薪年假等所有假期均正常享受放假；
以担保或任何理由索要财物，扣押证照，均涉嫌违法。
