About the role
- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models of bearing components, tools, and fixtures using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).
- Interpret engineering requirements, product specifications, and customer drawings for accurate design outputs.
- Develop assembly drawings, part drawings, and BOMs for production and quality teams.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, GD&T, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and R&D teams to support new product development.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and revision control.
- Provide design support for process improvements, jigs, and fixtures.
