POSITION SCOPE岗位范围 :
发动机测试项目试验前准备，上下台架，执行大纲试验任务；并配合支持试验设备维护和故障处理；
Engine test project preparation, dock in and undock engine, perform test operation according to test plan; support equipment and troubleshooting;
POSITION PURPOSE岗位目标 :
-发动机试验相关的零件、设备的安装、拆卸，PUMA参数设置；
-按照测试大纲要求完成试验，准确采集数据，并能根据试验数据进行发动机故障分析；
-engine testing related components and instruments installation and disassemble, PUMA parameter configuration；
-finish test as following the test plan requirement, collect data correctly, and engine fault recognition and troubleshooting base on the data acquired；
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位关键职责:
- 负责试验前准备工作，包括EGP， 排气管，后处理部件，可移动设备等
- 按要求上下台架，并保持现场整洁
- 负责台架日常点检，发现异常及时处理
- 试验前检查测试设备，确保设备处于正常状态
- 按大纲要求操作PUMA试验系统进行试验
- 负责试验过程中的部件更换, 发动机保养, 故障排除等
- 确保“实时”试验数据的有效性
- Responsible for test preparation, including EGP, AFT components, exhaust pipe, portable instruments etc.
- Dock in end undock engine, and keep test cell clean and tidy
- Responsible for daily check, fix issues if needed
- Check test equipment before test and guarantee the readiness
- Operate PUMA system to complete test task according to test plan
- Responsible for component replacement, engine service and troubleshooting
- Make sure online test data valid
