岗位职责:
一、岗位职责：
1、公司提供客户名单，通过电话、网络等方式向有车一族沟通关于车险价格还有问题解决，无需东奔西跑，日晒雨淋，标准的空调白领工作；
2、汽车保险国家法律强制规定必须购买，工作难度相对较小（一张保单最低上千最高十万以上不等）；
3、国企单位待遇，工作稳定且无试用期，为人踏实肯干、寻求稳定长期发展者优先考虑；
二、岗位要求：
1、 中专或者高中及以上学历，不限专业与经验，年龄18-35岁（实习生亦可）；
2、 普通话标准，头脑灵活，会简单的电脑操作，可接受销售性质的工作优先；
3、公司标准工作时间为8：30-18：30，中午12：00-14：00休息；
三、薪资福利
基本工资+业绩提奖+年终奖+销售激励+其他福利（司龄津贴等），收入上不封顶，多劳多得，签合同即缴纳社保、年终奖金、团队激励费、定期旅游、法定节假日、带薪年假等。
