该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1，根据领导安排，组织机构各类营销活动的开展（客户活动、宣传活动、竞赛方案、客户增值服务），并配合做好活动的策划、推动、追踪和兑现等工作。 2，整合分支机构全渠道业务数据，完成分支机构的经营分析报告，包括但不限于业务分析、各方案/项目的实施效果分析等。 3，配合开展营销条线各项合规工作，及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险。 4，处理合作渠道或公司其他项目性/临时性工作。 任职资格： 1. 熟悉银行保险业务运作流程； 2. 具备一定的业务敏感性和市场洞察能力； 3. 有一定的数据统计分析能力和报告撰写能力。
