一、岗位职责：
- 公司提供之前投保过的30天内车险即将到期的精准老客户名单，使用公司电脑系统电话联系客户，对接客户业务，帮助其线上办理车险续保等相关事宜。
- 室内办公，单独工位，环境舒适；不需外出自己寻找客户资源和开拓业务。
- 车险为国家强制险，客户易于沟通，且成交率高，达70%-80%.
二、任职要求：
- 会简单基础的电脑操作。
- 年龄在20—40周岁。
- 普通话流利，有一定的沟通能力和交流能力。
- 高中及中专以上学历，接受无经验，公司直招，带薪培训，
三、福利待遇:
- 薪资结构：底薪2700+提成（车险：3.4%；意外险：15%-30%）+职级津贴（200-6400）+奖金+司龄奖+年终奖等。月均5000-10000多劳多得，上不封顶。业务越多，底薪与提成相应上升。
