Siamo un'azienda di progettazione e formazione aziendale. Cerchiamo delle risorse MOLTO PROATTIVE E DINAMICHE, OLTRE CHE SOLARI E SORRIDENTI, che diano assistenza e supporto nella gestione/guida dei gruppi durante l'attività di team building (attività di pittura/collage), stimolando chi è più reticente e supportando durante tutta l'attività. A ciascuna risorsa verrà assegnata una mansione/postazione specifica, richiesta flessibilità.
Cerchiamo risorse sveglie, proattive, stimolanti, solari, con buona empatia da trasferire agli ospiti e ottime capacità di engagement e relazionali. Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito tutoraggio / team building / animazione e competenze artistiche (indicarlo in descrizione esperienze sul proprio profilo).
