职务职责
- 保持每天、逐个网点的定期拜访，追踪业绩，在所有产品销售活动中为行员提供必要的支持，完成岗位业绩指标；
- 在销售技巧方面为行员提供一对一辅导，必要时可以示范，发现并帮助改善行员暴露出来的问题；
- 监督所辖银行人员的销售活动，对销售和服务品质进行管理，确保各项活动符合规范；确保银行行员合法合规开展业务；协助公司所辖网点内各项工作的正常开展，对出现的异常现象及时反馈，协助公司分析并解决问题；
- 收取银行网点内客户投保资料，登记并检查各项信息填写无误后，交公司相关岗位进行承保，并将已生效的保单合同送至各银行网点；
- 按公司要求完成各项活动管理工具表的填写，按规定参加公司组织的各项会议、培训活动，并遵守相关纪律；
- 搜集竞争对手的市场活动及产品开发信息，并向管理层提供建议。
任职资格
- 有一年以上销售经验、金融行业或服务行业工作经验，优秀应毕业生亦可；
- 能处理好人际关系和抗压能力强；
- 工作主动积极、责任心强，具备优秀的服务意识和沟通能力。
