一、主要职责：
1、资源统筹管理，包括数据分析、系统执行、结果复盘，优化资源使用。
2、制定并实施业务推动方案，促进业务发展。
3、对客户转化率目标制定并实施达成措施追踪。
4、掌握项目经营情况，并开展日常分析及复盘，支持项目经营发展。
二、职位要求：
1、1年工作经验，有一定的市场推广、销售或保险行业经验者优先；
2、具备良好的市场敏锐度、分析能力和解决问题的能力；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和抗压能力；
