Assists in transporting community service clients and equipment to and from daily job assignments. This position is not a clerical role.
Ability to safely hitch, tow, and maneuver a trailer is required.

Ensures clients perform all manual work assignments.

Maintains manifests/schedules for community services clients and monitors assignments.

Assists in assessing community service clients’ eligibility for job assignments to ensure capability in operating equipment or performing tasks in a safe manner.

Assists in resolving complaints from clients and makes recommendations to the supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to safely hitch, tow, and maneuver a trailer is required.
Education, Experience and Training:
Graduation from an accredited high school/GED Program. One (1) year work related experience or 15 hours of college credit or combination of the two.
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License, with a good driving record.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, assisted. Must be able to work in varying conditions, surroundings and weather conditions. Required to operate 15-passenger vans.
