About the role
Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
- Responsible for sample receiving, registration, putaway, sample dispatch, sample transport & distribution, sample return to client, sample disposal preparation and sample stock-taking and other assigned duties.
负责样品的接收、登记、上架、发送、运输和分发、样品返回客户、样品处理和盘点以及其他指定的职责。
- Handling enquiries related to samples within the scope of the approved documented process from hotline and official email inbox.
在经批准的文件化与流程范围内，通过热线和电子邮箱处理与样品相关的各类查询。
- Maintain warehouse facilities including but not limited to checking anti-theft system, fire safety equipment and waterproof equipment in clean, safe and secured condition and conducting 5S+1 self-evaluation and safety measures periodically.
维护仓库设施，包括但不限于检查防盗系统、消防安全设备和防水设备是否清洁、安全、牢固，并定期进行5S+1自我评估和安全措施。
- Follow and complete job assignment per supervisor’s instruction.
按照主管的指示完成工作任务。
Qualification requirements 任职要求：
- Full-time University/College graduate with 3 years of work experience, or class of 2026 graduate. Open to all majors.
全日制本/专毕业，3年工作经验或2026届毕业生。专业不限。
- Hardworking, Integrity, Good Communication Skills, Strong Team Spirit and Proactive
勤奋、正直、良好的沟通能力、较强的团队精神和主动性。
- Proficient skills in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel
熟练使用微软办公软件，包括Outlook、Word、Excel
- Reasonable understanding of English in written and verbal
比较正确地理解书面英语和口语
- CET 4 holder is advantage
