要求資格 必備資歷
- 樓宇管理系統: 持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑, 或沒有學歷要求但具備相關工作經驗
- 良好粵語、一般英語
- 持有相關建造業工人註冊證
- 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)
