The Role
- Handle full-cycle wage & hour class actions: discovery, motion practice (compel, class certification, dismissal, decertification, summary judgment), depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial support
- Focus on briefing-heavy work: draft key motions/briefs while taking an active role if cases go to trial
- Advise clients on strategy; collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes
- Roles available: Litigation Associate, Briefing Attorney, or hybrid Briefing/Litigation Associate
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE) + bonus potential up to $300,000 (performance-based, tied to case outcomes)
- Total package up to $500,000

Must-Haves
- JD from accredited law school + active bar membership (good standing)
- 5–10 years of significant litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred for quick ramp-up)
- Proven track record in class/collective actions or complex litigation
- Hands-on experience: depositions, in-court advocacy, direct/cross-exams, motion practice
Nice-to-Have
- Plaintiff wage & hour or employment litigation experience
