This is a rare platform for a senior bankruptcy attorney seeking autonomy, influence, meaningful leadership, and a respected, specialized practice focused purely on protecting creditors.

The Role:
- Lead sophisticated creditors’ side commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters
- Handle significant creditors’ committee representation, restructures, workouts, and enforcement
- Drive strategy in high-stakes cases with direct client exposure
- Hybrid schedule: flexible remote with regular in-office presence in Encino
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary up to $220k (DOE)

Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of focused commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights experience
- Strong track record representing secured and unsecured creditors
- Experience in complex restructures, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings
- Active California Bar admission
- Comfort leading cases, mentoring, and advising clients independently
