A growing litigation firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its New York team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice representing employers, insurance carriers and self-insured entities across a broad range of workers' compensation matters. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from direct partner mentorship and a clear path for long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
- Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences.
- Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers.
- Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
- Take ownership of a varied and sophisticated caseload.

What They're Looking For
- 3+ years' workers' compensation experience.
- Active New York Bar admission.
