About the role
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1 对接分行人力资源部，处理投保、保全、咨询相关工作；
2 负责项目相关投诉处理，满意度提升，杜绝投诉上升到总行；
3 项目推动与管理：医疗险项目落地到分行/总行/卡中心的各环节与流程管理；
4 分行/总行/卡中心经营：专职对接总行、各分行及卡中心人力资源部， 及时沟通公司和项目重要信息，构建稳定的合作基础；
5 业务经营与拓展：收集市场和渠道的业务数据、需求与信息等，及时反馈沟通，并对团险部经营决策、资源使用等提供建议与方法举措。
6 人员管理：检视当地服务人员的工作，负责日常培训、辅导及日常管理，满足行方日常项目需要；
7 处理上级交办的其它工作
岗位要求： 1、国内外大学市场营销、金融、保险、医学等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；
2、具备5年（含）以上金融、大健康行业销售推动经验，熟悉团险业务全流程优先，特别优秀可适当放宽； 3、有保险行业相关认证、项目及服务管理的相关资格优先； 4、有强烈责任心及团队合作意识；具有较强的项目及时沟通协调能力，能够承担较大工作压力；熟悉金融、保险、团险、市场营销等知识。
