该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、高端医疗业务运营体系构建： 负责建立并优化高端医疗业务的标准化、精细化运营管理体系。主导核保、保全、理赔等核心流程的效能提升与质量控制，确保运营指标行业前列。 2、服务体验与风险管控双轮驱动： 建立高端医疗业务的服务质量监控与理赔风险预警机制。通过深度数据分析，识别服务瓶颈与赔付异常，设计并推动兼具客户体验与成本优化的流程再造及风控策略。 3、战略医疗资源网络生态建设： 规划并拓展分支机构直付医疗网络布局，主导与知名医疗机构、特色科室及专家的战略合作。构建动态、分层的医疗资源库及高效协同的就医服务网络，形成核心竞争力。 4、复杂项目运营攻坚与模式沉淀： 牵头解决高端医疗重点项目运营中的复杂问题与投诉升级。总结项目运营的优秀实践，形成可复制的运营解决方案与SOP，为业务规模化拓展提供坚实的中台支持。 任职要求： 1、国内外大学保险、医学、公共卫生或相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，医护背景或熟悉医疗网络者优先。 2、具有3年以上健康保险（尤其是高端医疗）运营、客服或理赔管理相关工作经验。 3、具备优秀的分析能力、流程优化意识和问题解决能力。 4、拥有一定的医疗资源，对医疗服务品质有深刻理解。
