该职位来源于猎聘 岗位概述： 1、熟悉承保核保流程、系统和项目管理，核保经验丰富，作为项目经理推动并落地核保科技及创新服务项目，确保项目按时上线且使项目达到预期管理目标； 2、熟悉新产品开发流程及投核保规则制定，核保专业技能扎实，作为业务专家参与新产品开发、投核保规则制定及优化工作，确保新产品按时上线并达到预期管理目标。 岗位职责： 1、 熟悉寿险承保核保业务流程，有丰富的大型项目推动或管理经验，负责推动及落地承保核保环节项目性工作； 2、 负责个险全渠道产品开发工作，包含制定产品核保规则，优化核保流程、监控业务品质，调整风控措施等； 3、 拥有人寿险核保权限，熟悉核保审核，异议案件沟通，协同一线促成案件，必要时承担销售渠道、合作机构核保专业知识培训。 任职要求： 1、 本科及以上学历，3年及以上寿险公司承保/核保管理岗的工作经验，善于沟通，医学背景优先。 3、具备优秀的问题解决能力、沟通表达能力、主动性、时间管理能力。
