About the role
职位描述 1、根据业务发展需求，深挖代理商商业运营模式，参与代理商激励政策的设计制定及业务沟通；为业务策略的落地建立高效、标准化的执行流程，持续为业务赋能；
2、在进行渠道业务下钻、代理行业调研及内部数据多维分析的基础上，开展业务复盘，度量和追踪业务表现，产出政策有效性分析报告，为策略迭代决策提供洞察和输入；
3、主导跨团队协同项目，优化代理商业务质量监控及管理机制，与团队内外做好信息对接及分发；推进与全球各地接口人的跨文化沟通；
4、结合现状，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，优化审批流程、系统操作和信息透传的效率，并持续将通用流程规范化。
职位要求 1、3年以上产品运营相关工作经验，有管理咨询、销售/产品运营、跨境电商工作经验优先，有数字广告行业经验尤佳；
2、对业务和数据敏感，具备良好的分析能力，能配合跨国别团队工作；
3、优异的沟通（口头沟通及文字写作）能力，擅长处理多线程工作，能很好地进行优先级管理和时间管理；
4、具备数据驱动决策能力，持续交付高质量产出，保持专业判断力并能赢得业务方及合作方的信任；
5、熟练掌握英语听说读写能力，精通Microsoft Office（Excel，PowerPoint等），至少能熟练使用一种BI工具。
