Your Job 工場施設管理エンジニア / Facility Engineer
Our Team 施設管理チームは、工場全体の建屋や工場内のエアコンプレッサー、空調等、工場建築物の維持管理をリードしています。また、工場メンバーからの声を吸い上げ、工事案件の立案から実施内容の策定、工事管理までを担当していただく中で、専門性を高めるための新しい知識の習得や情報を得る機会が多くあります。
監査対応を通じてISO等の国際規格に関する知識を深めることもできます。長期的な維持管理、修繕、更新計画の策定を通じて、建物改修、受変電施設の更新など、大規模なプロジェクトをリードしながら、エネルギー効率改善、職場環境改善、従業員体験の向上を実現いただきます。海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業する機会にも恵まれ、日本国内にとどまらない成長の機会が多く有ります。
What You Will Do 工場建屋を基盤とした各種設備（電気・空調・ユーティリティ等）の維持管理業務
・ 特別高圧変電設備の点検及び維持管理
・ 工場内のコンプレッサー、空調等の維持管理
・ 工場建築物の維持管理
・ OHSMS（ISO45001）対応、CSR対応、ISO14001対応
・ エネルギー改善活動など
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) ・工場、倉庫、大規模施設等における施設・設備管理のご経験
・会社の理念・価値観に共感し、誠実で、ステークホルダーと良好な関係を築けるチームワーク力、他者の成功を支援するための自発的な行動力
・日本語：流暢レベル、ビジネス上級レベル
What Will Put You Ahead ・ 英語（日常会話レベル）でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
・ 電気主任技術者、エネルギー管理士の資格
・ 大規模改修、エネルギー資源（電気、水）に関する改善プロジェクトのリードの経験
