化妆品技术专家 Cosmetic Technical Expert

Job Descriptions：

• Act as a cosmetic technical expert to provide internal and external technical support. 作为化妆品技术专家，为内部和外部客户提供技术支持。
• Act as a technical reviewer for cosmetic test results and reports to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. 作为技术审核人员，审核化妆品测试结果和报告，确保技术准确性及合规性。
• Support project coordinators in preparing test plans and quotations for clients. 协助项目协调员为客户制定测试方案和报价。
• Provide internal and external technical training, seminars and webinars related to cosmetic regulations, standards and testing requirements. 提供与化妆品法规、标准及测试要求相关的内部和外部培训、线下研讨会及线上研讨会。
• Prepare regulation and standard update comparison tables, technical newsletters and client-facing technical materials. 负责法规及标准更新信息的对比表制作、技术简报撰写及面向客户的技术资料准备。
• Conduct or support cosmetic product compliance assessment, including ingredient review, claim review and labeling review, with particular focus on major markets such as the EU, US, Australia and Canada. 开展或支持化妆品产品合规评估，包括成分审核、宣称审核及标签审核，重点关注欧盟、美国、澳大利亚和加拿大等主要市场。
• Provide technical support for US cosmetic labeling review, including review of mandatory labeling elements, ingredient declaration, warning statements, claims and other applicable requirements. 提供美国化妆品标签审核相关技术支持，包括强制性标签要素、成分标识、警示语、宣称及其他适用要求的审核。
• Assist the manager in developing new cosmetic-related services, technical capabilities and business opportunities. 协助经理开展化妆品相关新服务、新技术能力及业务机会开发工作。
• Complete other assignments given by team leaders and manager. 完成团队主管及经理安排的其他任务。

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in cosmetics, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, biology, toxicology or a related discipline. 本科及以上学历，化妆品、化学、化工、药学、生物学、毒理学或相关专业。
• At least 1 year of working experience in the cosmetic field, preferably in cosmetic testing, regulatory compliance, product safety assessment, labeling review or technical consulting. 至少 1 年化妆品领域相关工作经验，具备化妆品测试、法规合规、产品安全评估、标签审核或技术咨询经验者优先。
• Familiar with global cosmetic regulations, standards and compliance requirements, especially for the EU, US, Australia and Canada markets. 熟悉全球化妆品相关法规、标准及合规要求，重点覆盖欧盟、美国、澳大利亚及加拿大市场。
• Experience in US cosmetic labeling review is preferred, including familiarity with FDA cosmetic labeling expectations, ingredient declaration, warning statements and cosmetic claims review. 具备美国化妆品标签审核经验者优先，包括熟悉 FDA 化妆品标签要求、成分标识、警示语及化妆品宣称审核。
• Candidates with more extensive experience in cosmetic regulations, labeling review, technical review, client consulting or project management may be considered for a Senior Cosmetic Project Engineer / Cosmetic Technical Expert position. 具备更丰富的化妆品法规、标签审核、技术审核、客户咨询或项目管理经验的候选人，可考虑聘任为高级化妆品项目工程师 / 化妆品技术专家岗位。
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability; detail-oriented, careful and patient. 具备良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力，工作细致、认真且有耐心。
