About the role
Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel to join our B2B Life team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency sales, partner relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage relationships with agency partners, advisors, and distributors.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new agency partners and strengthening existing relationships.
- Achieve assigned premium and revenue targets.
- Provide product training and sales support to agency partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Maintain MIS reports and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager. Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 24 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency distribution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from Life Insurance companies with Agency Channel experience.
- Existing network of agency partners/advisors will be an added advantage.
