1、负责淘宝闪购全链路导购投放平台的产品规划及推进落地，通过投放能力skill化、投放链路agent化，实现投放平台AI化升级； 2、联动全链路核心场域、触点，设计全域流量分发策略agent，实现策略设计、回测、生产、沉淀的自动化链路，提升平台流量分发效率； 3、基于AI能力建设和理解，探索AI2C导购创新应用，提升用户导购效率及体验
职位要求
1、3年以上策略产品或平台产品经验，能和算法、工程同学做有效沟通； 2、有平台AI化建设或Agent loop实践经验，对AI化产品升级有敏锐洞察、探索热情 3、有用户sense、有同理心，能够从用户视角洞察机会、挖掘问题、拆解需求 5、热爱工作，目标清晰，抗压能力强；
