【岗位职责】
1、熟悉新房盘源，了解区域规划，能掌握市场变化规律，具备总结分析能力；
2、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务；
3、根据部门总体市场策略策划自己的销售方案；
4、负责商务谈判、合同签署等后续服务工作；
【任职资格】
1、统招专科及以上学历毕业，市场营销方向优先录取，年满20周岁（优秀者有销售相关经验可放宽至大专以下）
2、积极阳光，饱满的精神状态，良好的服务意思，有销售激情
【薪资福利待遇】
1、入职A0级别：底薪4000+高提成，转正后A级别：底薪3000+提成，有经验者可定级定薪
2、提前转正奖励2500-3500
3、入职购买五险一金
上班地点：前成都20+办公地点就近安排
