About the role
I. Position Summary The position is a potential leader to the Engineer or Sales team, coaches and supervises the team to perform daily operation. The incumbent is also responsible for market analysis and strategy development on E&E business.
II. Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)
- Formulate strategy for assigned territory and products; (10%)
- Work with P/L engineer teams and sales teams to achieve financial target; (15%)
- Supervise and train project forces to achieve department targets; (15%)
- Perform market analysis and strategic objectives research; (15%)
- Contact with clients to provide professional support on project matter; (10%)
- Provide essential support to team to ensure the quality of the product and recommendation for enhancing test features; (15%)
- Support for project implementation, new product development, case resolving and innovation project in assigned territory; (10%)
- Ensure adherence to TÜV SÜD Guidelines and Procedures; (5%)
- Any other duties as assigned by superiors. (5%)
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, Etc.)
- University graduates with master degree, major in science, electronic and electrical, engineering or other related discipline will be preferred;
- Overseas study experience is required;
- Strong learning agility, problem solving skill;
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism;
- Alignment with TÜV SÜD culture;
- Systematic and logical thinking;
- Aggressive and self-motivated;
- Energetic and passionate;
- Open minded and environment adaptability, agile and creative;
- Good command of English.
