职位描述
对闲鱼回收业务大区内的工程师作业效率，回收单量，用户体验及风险管理负责； 1、独立操盘大区内上门回收业务，制定并落地年度、季度及月度经营计划，对回收单量、成交转化率、竞价订单占比及NPS等核心指标负总责； 2、统筹上门履约全链路服务管控，覆盖预约响应、上门质检、价格沟通到物品封装交接的完整流程，建立客诉快速响应与处理机制，持续优化服务质量与用户体验； 3、组织服务商资源，做好工程师的招聘，培训，上岗及日常管理，对工程师满编率、留存率、人效负责；
职位要求
1、5年以上区域运营或O2O上门服务经验，有成熟开城经历、供应商运营及百人一线团队（骑手、上门工程师）管理经验； 2、独立扛过大区级业务核心指标（单量、转化率、NPS等），有从市场开拓到履约交付全链路运营的实战经验，擅长目标拆解与过程管控。
