该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助培训经理组织实施分公司内部销售队伍的培训，包括新人培训、产品培训、销售技能及相关知识的辅导训练等；协助分公司推行营销相关培训活动。 2、协助培训经理对当地合作银行的培训支持，包括支行网点培训支持、分行大课培训及其它终端客户活动等。 3、负责分公司内外部培训的课程设计，对在售产品的相关培训材料进行更新，开发营销管理工具及辅销工具。 4、协助上报每月培训记录、培训报告，管理当地的培训档案，确保符合公司内审、合规及外部监管的要求。 任职资格： 1、211院校，统招本科以上学历； 2、3年以上的金融行业从业经历；3年以上培训岗位工作经历； 3、有一线保险经历者优先； 4、具备良好的表达能力、培训呈现能力的潜能； 5、良好的服务意识和团队合作精神； 6、熟练使用Office办公软件；
