职位描述
- 负责淘宝信息流场景下的直播推荐算法研发工作，提升用户体验与转化效率；
- 主导信息流直播业务全链路推荐体系的构建，包括召回算法、CTR/CVR预估模型、流量分发机制及混排等方向的持续迭代；
- 探索多模态大模型、生成式模型等前沿技术在信息流直播推荐场景的创新应用，引领直播电商推荐技术升级。
职位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业，具备推荐、搜索、广告、机器学习方向的实际工作经验；
- 具备扎实的算法理论基础，优秀的学习能力与沟通能力，热爱用算法驱动数据增长与业务创新；
- 具备良好的工程实现能力，熟练掌握C/C++、Java、Python等至少一门编程语言；
- 具备敏锐的数据洞察力和出色的逻辑分析能力，擅长跨团队合作与技术交流；
- 能够深入理解与分析业务需求，善于通过技术创新持续提升业务效率和用户体验；
- 有直播电商、信息流混排等相关行业经验者优先，或在AI领域顶级国际会议/期刊发表过高水平论文者优先。
