【您的工作】
- 主要业务涉及新房、二手房、租赁（普租、惠居、自如）、装修，为客户提供专业的房地产相关咨询服务；
- 了解客户需求，匹配合适房源，带领客户看房，进行商务谈判，促成交易进行，并负责业务跟进和房屋过户手续办理等后续服务工作；
- 通过线上端口、店面接待、社区开发、转介绍、资源回访等渠道，开发与维护公司资源，与客户建立良好的业务协作关系。
