负责华南（广西、广东、福建、湖南、江西、海南）区域市场 1.负责区域家电渠道的市场规划与布局，制定渠道拓展策略，持续优化渠道网络覆盖； 2.推动终端门店建设与标准化运营，指导门店日常经营、零售活动落地及用户体验提升； 3.整合品牌方核心资源，驱动区域重点品牌品类的规模突破，探索业务创新模式与增长路径； 4.借助AI工具赋能渠道运营，推动团队在选品分析、活动策划、门店管理等场景中的智能化提效。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上渠道综合管理经验（特别优秀者可适当放宽）； 2.具备家电及3C行业前瞻性视野，深厚的行业知识积累，敏锐的消费者洞察能力； 3.具备市场洞察与渠道布局规划能力，拥有丰富的客户资源及门店运营实战经验； 4.擅长平台资源整合与客情管理，具备出色的跨部门协同和商务谈判能力，有下沉市场家电渠道经验者优先； 5.会使用AI工具（如大模型对话、智能数据分析等），能将AI融入渠道运营全流程，驱动业务决策与效率提升； 6.聪明乐观皮实，勤奋踏实，对职业规划和个人成长有要求，具备数据驱动的精细化运营思路。
