职位描述
负责闲鱼严选数码行业的 GMV 增长与商家经营效率提升，对行业订单规模、优质商家供给覆盖及商家经营利润负责； 1、头部商家招募拓展：负责二手数码行业头部商家招募，建立核心商家池，提升行业优质供给覆盖率； 2、供给结构优化运营：基于行业供需走势、商品生命周期和价格趋势，规划商家供给结构，提升供需匹配效率； 3、商家经营诊断提升：建立商家经营指标体系，对商家经营结果负责并推动持续改善； 4、销售增长策略制定：制定行业运营策略，通过平台流量机制、营销资源和大促活动，推动对应商家 GMV 目标达成；
职位要求
1、5年以上二手数码行业经验，熟悉行业上下游运作及趋势判断； 2、独立负责过二手数码行业商家运营或供给运营，操盘过年交易额10亿元以上业务；对接过10家以上二手头部商家；具备成熟的商业谈判、资源整合和跨部门推动能力； 3、能用 AI 工具独立完成商家经营数据分析、供给结构诊断或市场趋势研判，并真正提升过运营决策效率。
