二、职位描述：
- 维护线上房源，保证信息真实可靠；
- 接待客户，根据客户需求匹配房源，为客户提供专业的房产置业咨询服务；
- 带客户看合适房源并为其做出合理建议；
- 具备基本的商务谈判能力，线上签约，及之后房屋过户等手续；
- 负责房源客源的开发积累和维护。
