עמידה בסטנדרטים תעופתיים שבסביבה יצרנית
תיעוד תהליכי עבודה לפי נוהלי החברה, דרישות לקוח ורגולציה
עבודה בשתי משמרות
דרישות:
הכרת כלי מדידה / מדידים
הבנה טכנית
הכרת קשיחים, שיטות, סימרור וקידוח
יכולת קריאת שירטוט
עבודה לפי ספרות טכנית
יכולת שיתוף פעולה בצוות
נכונות לעבודה מאומצת במשמרות
הכרת השפה האנגלית - יתרון
יוצאי חיל האוויר מתחום המבנאות - יתרון
