1、搭建爆品团的商户端基础产品，包含基础商品运营、数据诊断、订单管理等等； 2、通过商户端产品，做好商家&商品分层、新商户成长、核心商户运营的机制和能力建设； 3、商户补贴&流量机制建设、商家流量收费产品建设； 4、发现商户痛点，提出产品优化建议，联动产品形成具体产品方案，推动在产品功能迭代和用户体验优化，促进业务发展落地。
职位要求
1、5年以上外卖、电商、社区团购等相关平台方的工作经验，具备商家运营的经验； 2、内驱力抗压力强，能够适应高强度快节奏的工作状态； 3、数据分析能力强，能够熟练使用AI工具。
