What is JobAssist?

JobAssist is an AI-powered job search platform that brings job discovery, personalized matching, applications, and tracking into one place. It helps you find relevant opportunities, understand which roles fit your profile, prepare role-specific cover letters, and apply with less repetitive work.

How it works

1. You upload your resume and set your preferences: job title, location, work arrangement, salary and more.
2. JobAssist searches listings from job boards, employer career pages and other sources, and gives each job a 0–100 Match Score for how closely it fits your profile.
3. You choose the jobs you want. Where available, Auto Apply fills in the application, attaches your resume and a role-specific cover letter, and submits it in one click.
4. Your application tracker shows every application and its status.

What JobAssist isn't

JobAssist is a software product, not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We don't hire for the jobs you see and we don't make hiring decisions. If you emailed us a resume or an application, it hasn't reached an employer. Create an account and apply through a listing instead.

Does JobAssist guarantee interviews?

No. JobAssist helps you find relevant jobs, prepare applications, and reduce repetitive work, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee recruiter responses, interviews, offers, or employment.
