Account deletion is permanent and immediate. If you only want to stop being charged, cancel your subscription instead. Your matches, applications and resumes keep working until the end of your paid period.
What deletion does
- Removes your account, uploaded resumes, application history and other personal data we hold about you.
- Cancels any active subscription immediately.
- Ends your access right away.
- Can't be undone. You can create a new account with the same email later.
How to delete
- Go to Delete account (also linked from your Terms & Conditions).
- Enter the email on your account. We'll send a one-time link, which expires in 30 minutes.
- Open the link and confirm on the final screen.
