Zuyderwende offers help with addiction, with attention to the person and their social network. Some characteristics of our addiction care: Personal, loving, and direct care for adults with addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, medication); From intake to aftercare (including outpatient treatment, help with detoxification, family meetings); Experienced and driven therapists (incl. peer support specialists); Proven methods (Evidence Based). Zuyderwende was founded in 2020 and is located in Heerlen. The treatment team is experienced, friendly, open, honest, but also direct and confronting. We use our expertise with love and conviction to help our clients regain lasting control over their lives. That is why we look at the person in question within their social network and environment, pay attention to all areas of life (including work/activities, psyche, health), and promote self-reliance. Aftercare also plays an important role in this. We are good at getting people clean and sober again and giving them back control over their lives, free from addiction.
