About ZuidOostZorg

ZuidOostZorg offers both intramural nursing and care home services as well as (household) care and nursing for clients at home. ZuidOostZorg is there for people with a somatic and/or psychogeriatric illness or condition, people with a psychiatric illness or psychosocial problems or a physical disability and for younger and older people with ABI, an acquired brain injury. In addition, ZuidOostZorg now also accommodates clients with geronto-psychiatric problems and we focus on patients with co- or comorbidity or with specific complex problems that lie on the border of nursing home care and mental healthcare. With this deepening, we want to optimize the quality of our care for specific target groups based on customer demand.
