About Zideris

Meet Eigenzinnige Zorg Zideris is a small-scale care organization with its own identity, vision, and character. We offer personal guidance and human-centered support to young people and adults with an intellectual disability. From residential, work, and day activity locations in Gelderland, Utrecht, and North Holland, we provide idiosyncratic care. With us, clients are not central. They are at the helm of their own lives. We call that idiosyncratic care. What is that? For starters, it is personal. Personal care tailored to the dreams, wishes, and input of our clients and residents. Furthermore, our care is meaningful. It contributes. It has purpose. It leads to meaning for the client, family, and employee. We do this based on the Gentle Teaching approach and our core values: unconditionally connected, boundless pleasure, strikingly open, and idiosyncratic professionals.
