Yıldız Demir Çelik is a group affiliate of Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding, which undertakes major investments in Turkey and around the world. It operates on a 300,000 m² land in the Kocaeli Alikahya Organized Industrial Zone. It manufactures under one roof in a cold rolling complex and provides direct employment to over 600 people and indirect employment to 2,500 people. In its production facilities, hot-rolled input materials are transformed into final products through various processes, utilizing environmentally friendly technologies. Yıldız Demir Çelik produces a wide range of products for different sectors such as white goods, automotive, panel radiators, general manufacturing, the construction industry, and energy. Yıldız Demir Çelik, which also plays a significant role in exports, took its place among Turkey's top exporting companies in a short period, despite starting its operations in 2018. Furthermore, it provides services to its internal and external stakeholders with its Chemistry, Mechanical, Paint, and Color Laboratories accredited with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. The capacities in the production facilities are as follows: Continuous Pickling Tandem Line: 1,300,000 tons per year, Cleaning Line: 300,000 tons per year, Annealing Line: 270,000 tons per year, Tempering Mill Line: 400,000 tons per year, Continuous Galvanizing Line: 700,000 tons per year, Painting Line: 150,000 tons per year. The Steel Service Center has the following capacities: Slitting Lines: 160,000 tons per year, Cut-to-Length Line: 80,000 tons per year, Trapezoidal Sheet Line: 30,000 tons per year.
