Workpower is a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering people with disability to live fulfilling, inclusive lives. For more than 30 years, we’ve provided high-quality supports across Western Australia through our School, Learn, Work, and Life services. We deliver person-centred programs that focus on building skills, confidence, and community connection. In addition to our disability supports, Workpower operates a range of social enterprises across industries such as packaging, landscaping, and recycling — providing real employment and training pathways for people with disability. Everything we do is guided by our values of respect, inclusion, collaboration.
