About WLG

WLG is a boutique search firm based in the Netherlands, serving clients across Europe. We specialize in senior and director-level placements within large enterprise, technology, and defence programs. Each year, we fill over a hundred roles and maintain a network of nearly two hundred consultants engaged in client projects. Our unique strength lies in sourcing individuals with active security clearances for programs where a mis-hire is costly and the right candidate is hard to find. This expertise extends to fulfilling our clients' more conventional search needs as well. We maintain a deliberately small client portfolio to ensure a wider pool of available talent. One client approached us after five other agencies had failed to find a suitable candidate. We encourage you to share your past search challenges with us; we will provide an honest assessment of our suitability for the role.
