About Witte Kruis

Driven by care Witte Kruis is the largest independent ambulance organization in the Netherlands. Dynamic, innovative, and active nationwide! The organization provides ambulance care in five regional ambulance services (RAVs) in the Netherlands. These are: RAV Haaglanden, RAV Noord-Holland Noord, RAV Kennemerland, RAV Zeeland, and RAV Noord- and Oost-Gelderland. Additionally, Witte Kruis provides GP transport, internal and external training (ACM Opleidingen), event services, and innovative care concepts, such as living safely with heart conditions, e-learning, and SOS access. The total organization consists of over 800 employees and 174 vehicles. In the six regions where Witte Kruis is active, approximately 4 million people live. From 34 ambulance stations, over 90 ambulances and Rapid Responders can be dispatched day and night to transport patients in those regions. From 13 GP posts (HAP) spread across the Zeeland, Haaglanden, and Friesland areas, 19 vehicles can be dispatched to transport GPs.
