WISEcode Labs exists because of a question that should be easy to answer and isn't: what is actually in our food? Mapping the more than 5,100 ingredients in the American food supply — the Food Genome Project™ — required testing over 4,000 of them across 150+ analytes each, many at detection limits beyond industry standard. No existing lab could do it with the rigor and independence the mission demanded. So we built one.
