WINE PEOPLE was born from the historical collaboration between Wine Meridian, the online magazine that supports the internationalization of Italian wine companies, and Competenze in Rete, a Recruiting company with great expertise in the sector. This partnership has now become an independent project, with the aim of putting Human Resources "at the center of the game" in the wine sector. Our clients are companies that are part of the wine supply chain (from suppliers of cellar technologies to producers looking for an export manager) and – regardless of their size – need help in finding and selecting new human resources. The candidate network is cultivated daily thanks to the international network of relationships built over time by our senior consultants. Competenze in Rete's database is constantly updated on the role and company changes of professionals and managers. WinePeople is a partner of Competenze in Rete s.r.l., a company authorized indefinitely by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies for Research and Selection of Personnel Prot. 39/0001396 of 02.02.2016. Our services include: Specialized personnel search and selection for the wine sector, with a particular focus on commercial figures (Recruiting & Head Hunting). Evaluation interventions on internal human resources within companies (Assessment). Support for the analysis of positions to be researched (Job Description) and publication of "targeted" advertisements on specialized digital channels (Advertising and Job Posting). Dedicated training for the development of managerial and relational skills related to wine sales in global markets. The training activity to support export in the wine sector, which began more than 10 years ago, is our contribution to the cultural and managerial growth of this sector, involving both producers and their collaborators. The distinctive feature of our training programs is the focus on the skills needed to open, develop, and manage international markets in the wine world. This activity also feeds our network of candidates.
