About Williams Recruitment

Williams Recruitment is a specialist executive search firm working exclusively in food and beverage manufacturing. I lead senior appointments, director level to C-suite, for mid-market private equity sponsors and for family- and founder-owned businesses. Every mandate is run personally from brief to placement. The operating principle is straightforward. A leader performs where the role genuinely advances their career, and a business gets that performance when it needs precisely what that leader does. Those are not competing interests to be balanced against each other. They are the same interest, and protecting it is what makes an appointment last. It means I decline work, and decline candidates, more often than is commercially comfortable. That is why the appointments hold. Founded 2020. Trading name of Food Recruit Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
