About Whoon

Housing for everyone. That is becoming less obvious nowadays. At Whoon, we think in possibilities. We don't wait, we push forward. We see space in every forgotten corner. Because one extra street can already make a difference. With our housing concept Optio, we find freedom within fixed forms. We develop with insight and build smartly. With trust as our foundation. We work quickly and efficiently. Without compromising on quality, sustainability, or living wishes. This way, we build houses that are ready for the future. From an empty plot to the wallpapering table. From the first line on paper to the key in your hand. We make housing accessible. Step by step. Neighborhood by neighborhood. Street by street.
