Whitetail Club

About Whitetail Club

Whitetail Club is the premier private community in the Pacific Northwest. Located only two hours north of Boise, ID, Whitetail Club offers a choice of custom homes, homesites, and a list of private club and recreational amenities, including a Golf Digest “Top 100” championship golf course designed by two-time U.S. Open winner Andy North, and Roger Packard – the late golf course architect prodigy. This four-season destination in the family-friendly resort town of McCall is surrounded by thousands of acres of unspoiled high-country wilderness, convenient to alpine skiing and snowboarding, hiking and camping, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, boating on the glacial waters of Payette Lake and fishing the nearby rivers and alpine lakes. Closely located to the iconic lakefront resort, Shore Lodge, and The Cove, an award-winning McCall spa, this real estate community marries the best in rustic-modern living with the majesty of a mountain-based sanctuary. As an ideal place for a second, third, or primary home, Whitetail Club features custom homes starting at just over $2 million.
