Westgate Hills, originally built in 1996, is a warm 120-room center proudly serving the post-acute and long-term care needs of families in West Baltimore City and beyond. In our newly renovated, sophisticated environment, we provide the dedicated expertise to help residents recover with dignity, rapidly regain their mobility and achieve the independence needed to return home. From special therapeutic diets and bedside dialysis to complex rehabilitation, a comprehensive continuum of services and specialized care options are available onsite.
