The sales system for hotels that use WhatsApp. At WeSpeak, we design and build a conversational sales system for tourist accommodations that sell directly through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging channels. We focus on a key moment in the guest's journey: when they are still deciding where to stay. We do this with a combination of artificial intelligence trained in sales, a human team for commercial support, and a platform designed to enhance every conversation. Our initiative focuses on humanizing the service as much as possible, to the point of surprising users with an approach that goes beyond the conventional.
